Hello to all:
According to my news, the way Peñoncillo was stopping being completed about July 15, from this moment one week afterwards can obtein the license of 1ª occupation, but since practically in August the notaries are in the habit of being of vacations, we will have to wait to september ( the end Fase 1)

We are going out to Spain next week and our solicitor has arranged a meeting at the site so will update everyone when we get back. We will also take photos! Things are definately beginning to move in the right direction.Feeling very positive at the moment!

I shall be out there for two weeks as of Sunday. Hopefully the TV is awaiting collection and on this visit I shall be able to complete all the outstanding snagging. Looking forward to a good few weeks the weather is very warm and consistent unlike the UK. So, if there is anything of geat importance I shall report directly from Spain otherwise, Adios!

I'd be greatful for any update on Phase 4, as there has been mention before on work appearing to recommence.
Have a good time out there - it must be hotter, sunnier, drier etc than Manchester at present! I guess the atmosphere will also be good out there on Sunday with the Euro final - envious!!

hi. i am suzanne"s dad. we will also be there sunday for 16 days in her appt. we also hope to complete her snagging while we are there, and wouldnt she be sick if we got first use of her new telly. when she reads this she will be booking flights!

ha ha.. stop trying to steal my life. everybody ignore him, he is taking over my apt and needs no encouragement!!! And know doubt you will come back having had drinks with my neighbours, even entertained (if you dare).
Hopefully the road might at least have a walking access by now if it is supposed to be ready for traffic by mid july. Is anybody else out next week? should be good sunday for the football final. Atmosphere will be great
