It is possible you know as you were told or you read that the Court which has been over the case in Málaga (Fuente de Piedra I and II, La Perla and Villanueva del Rosario, action against both Mirador and Palmera) decided to file it.
The appealing we served about this decision has been estimated: Málaga High Court has decided our claim must be investigated, to find out if we are in front of a criminal matter.
