Just thought you might be interested in an email I received from Grupo Mirador (are you still standing), a couple of days ago. As follows:
Answering to your mail received on the 6th June about the above mentioned development (La Perla). After the diverse stops that we have come to suffer as a consequence of the civil actions of character interdictal interposed by the owners community of La Perla, as well as the delay accumulated by the modifications of the project , we have had to realize and adjust it to the archaeological deposits that appeared in the zone. Two months ago we have proceeded to the restart of the works.Having been reached the execution of walls and contracted again the execution of the piles. The reason why we havent informed you before is because we have been informing directly to Palmera Properties your sales agent. Anyway as soon as we have news in this matter we will keep you informed.
Who do we believe. My main concern is that after waiting nearly 5 years, are we now going to miss out on our investment which will be huge, if eventually they are completed. I have emailed this to Gwillym of CSAG. Any thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!!!

jean , have you not received any of the information Gwilym has been sending lately etc , and after reading other developments mirador have shodilly built and the problems they have when they are built are you sure you would want to take possetion of a property from this shower, personally i wouldnt trust this lot to build me a garden shed but the point is i dont believe i will have to as i dont believe anything these people say, personally i couldnt give a stuff what this dev might be worth when complete as i just want out of this deal with all my money and hopefully some interest on the money i put in, even if its worth a lot more than i paid , how do you know, the bad press this lots had lately i wouldnt be so sure

hi i think smell the coffy comes into mind here there will be no building on la perla at all pp has closed down and are in the courts for fruad. any more info you need.

GutardO Rodriguez director of PP HAS BEEN ARRESTED ON 14TH MAY for the selling of illegal devs without licence etc and has been charged with possible fraud, he has app been released on bail pending charges of the court cases aggainst
lets hope where getting somewhere

As we imagined, building works are still stopped (and they will be). Builgind license does not exist anymore and no buyer is getting their money back after asking it to Empresarios Dentales (Grupo Mirador company in this case).
As always, the situation is getting worse. Be aware of the situation. If you have lawyer and has started any legal action against Mirador or Palmera in this matter, please, send to me his/her details to be in contact.
