Occupation Licences Phase 4

We had a phone call from Nuria in the Sales Office earlier today to let us know that the occupation licences have now been granted for Blocks  9,10 and 11 of Phase 4.

It was with joy I read your thread regarding habitation licenses being granted on phase 4 blocks 9, 10 & 11. I rang Prein Sur as we are buying on block 11 and have so far not been notified.  They confirmed the  information you gave and now look forward to receiving written confirmation.

Thanks for your post, its a good start to a new year and with 2 flights already booked for this year can start to look forward to a long awaited  holiday in our OWN apartment!!

Hi, The latest tel.no. we have for the sales office is 952448643 which was correct in Sept. 2008.  I spoke to Priene Sur Head Office yesterday which is  probably your best bet for any information you want  the tel no. is 902232244. Good luck.

I've been told by the Prienesur's sales office at Arenal Golf site that all the remaining blocks on phase 4 (6,7,8,9,10,11) have now received their licence.The phone number of the sales office is 0034952448643 or email nuria.galan@quermes.com  hope this helps.

Have any buyers in blocks 6,7,8,9,10,11 heard any completion dates or any news from their solicitors? we heard from our solicitors during the week that the developers had written to them stating completions would start shortly but no dates (no surprise there)

We finally completed today on block 7 phase 4 after over 4 years or so of waiting,there finally is light at the end of the tunnel.
