Invitaition to all Terque buyers to get in touch

Hi all,

Anyone out there with any new information on what is taking place with the Mirador build in Terque.  As far as I am aware all the building has come to a halt once again.

Yes, you are right, building work came to a halt last summer and there has been little or no progress since. Inroal have insisted that internal work has been done in this time but there does not seem to be any evidence of this. Collapsed road at the front of the building where they have dug the hole for Los Narajos - is still collapsed!

Alot of people now seem to be going to Court for return of deposits.

I am in touch with a solicitor dealing with Inroal.

In fact Inroal came to her offices to discuss the matter. Some are in Azahar, most of the developments are in Terque.

Hi SilviaMarin, I just went to reply to your post to state that I was over at Terque to see Mirador the other week but when I pressed reply it came up that your post had been edited and looks like all text deleted but I really can't see why. I read it as you were asking on what is happening at Mirador there with Inroal developing that further...

I was replying saying that it now has its licence of first occupation so I really don't see any more work taking place there now.

I have quite a few people in a deposit refund group that I run that are in that development and most of them were asked to complete but none did. Mostly because it is not the development it was advertised to be originally.
