2 bed ground floor apt for sale, Phase 1

After quite a few months of deciding weather or not to sell our apt on Phase 1,we have finally decided to put it on the market.

NO ,we are not desperate to sell , just that we consider the running  costs involved ie mortgage ,utility bills & community fees etc.. far outweigh the product  ie , no commercial centre ,no hotel, no tennis courts etc .... & no sign of them !!!!

YES, we understand about the credit crunch etc & Calidonas reasons for not building these facilities at the moment but to be honest since we put our initial €3k deposit down in June '04 we have now come to a point where enough is enough!

 We consider our apt to be located in a prime position both around the pool & on the resort.

 It  comes fully furnished to a very high standard & has air con.

Hi there

I am selling my apartment on Phase 1 too  Unfortunately, I am in a position that I do need to sell as my personal circumstances have changed.  If they hadn't I would keep it as I love the resort and I have genuinely come to view the apartment and the area as another home rather than just an apartment I own.  I am disappointed that the extra facilities (particularly the tennis courts as this is an extra activity that people can do) have not materialised as yet but I do have confidence that they will.  The commercial centre would be nice and handy but we are only minutes from Los Alcazares where all these facilities are anyway so this does not bother me so much.

Just like to add that Linda & Dave’s apartment is one of the nicest apartments I have seen at Roda Golf. It is superbly furnished and in the most excellent position for pool access and just a short walk from the golf course and Club House.

We were the first people to rent rodagolfdreams and can confirm that it is in a very good position and furnished to a very high standard, it was our stay there which convinced us that we have bought at the best place. Whoever buys this property will have a lovely apartment.

Lynda and Dave have been regular contributors to this forum giving useful information.  We hope they change their mind as we are sure that Roda will eventually be the top class development they bought into.

Best of luck with the sale, I have never stayed at a nicer apartment in a better location, we really enjoyed ourselves any time we stayed at your superb apartment.

Maybe things will change and Calidona will get the finger out and get on with the facilities promised before you commit to selling, if however you are set on selling up we wish you all the best wishes with that.

I am in a similar position to Lynda and Dave, my reasons for wanting to sell are both personal and global.We are on a superb position on phase one,ground floor next to the pool.The appartment is 2 bed fully furnished with air con..I will accept any reasonable offer to move quickly and avoid the exborbitant agency fees. The appartment has not been used as a holiday let and is in excellent condition.
