Hello to all i have been reading all what yo have posted; i am concerning only about this, may you can help me to find out:

Jumilla 1.700 houses 30.000 deposit each.....more or less :51.000.000€

El pinet  269 houses finished; medium price 142.000€ (Vilas duplex and apartments) 42.032.000 €

El Pinet 229 not finished with deposit and some like 50% paid medium 30.000€ each; 6.870.000€

Imperium 900 partners(company that some investor put money into, of 30.000 euros each) 27.000.000€

There are more companiesplus what SJ own to Providers people + partners (we do not know yet)

All this is making an account of 126.000.000€

So i live you this here to think about it.

This is just estimate, but not to far from the reality, may be more, but not less.

Pls let me know where you can hold all that anount of money.

Hi DYK - what you have listed - whether it is accurate or not - is income. 

What you have not listed is expenditure - you know the builder does not make 100% profit when they sell a house - even in Spain.  They actually have to buy the land, pay the licenses and build the thing.  They also have to pay staff, marketing, their shiny new offices, etc etc. 

San Jose still has staff working in and around Playa Golf and they still owe our communities money for community charges for the unsold houses.  I too follow the other threads and you know as well as I do, that things are not straightforward or simplistic - so what was your point anyway????

My point is that we are talking about 100 millions of Euros, and that SJ never worked with his money, always with the owners money!!! and even with the land!! do you think that he paid at the begining for the land?????? the agrement was to pay it as son he finish the buildings, not straight away!

do you understand it know....

Also he used to pay all the workers on the building in 180 days, he ALLWAYS WORKED WITH THE TIME AND MONEY FROM THE OTHERS, HE NEVER PUT A F...NG  EURO!.
