Gas charges

Hi

Can anyone tell me how the Gas people, Gas natual Murcia can charge me EU 70.00 every 2 months even when the place is not being used or very lightly used?

I do not get a bill before hand just notification that another EU 70 will be coming out from the bank every two months so far.

What are your experiences of this? I cannot see the justification of what seems to be a EU 35.00 PCM charge as a service charge, I really need their contact details so I can address this issue, can anyone supply these please?

The first three payments include the initial set up charge spread over 6 months. If it is not your first three , conact them.

You should see this setup/connection charge (about 200 e) spread over the first three invoices only...thereafter its only usage and standing charges.

It will be a similar process for the other Utilities where they usually take connection charges spread over the first few invoices.

Many thanks for the info I am not getting invoices this is the problem because I do not have a mail box there! someone told me you have to go to the post office in sucina, and look for your mail there?

Last time we visited HR, I thought I saw some mail boxes but not on or around our block, (19) can anyone clarify where the bills are sent please.

We are on HR, and I beleive the postboxes are not yet in use. Check community website for further info.

If its like La Torre, all boxes located in 1 area. Post is being delivered to Sucina postoffice, but its really small and not much storage space, so after around 15 days it is sent back to sender. We have not received any bills etc . You can go on Ibderola website and opt for on-line/ paperless  billing.- just need address/ NIE number and they trace your account details.Have English format of website.

I think you can do the same for Gas Natural, but not got round to that  yet and no english settings on website that i can see.

Not looked at water company yet..If I find any info, will post.
