I did a 'Go West' from Mazarron day when i was out a couple of weeks back, managed to stop at half a dozen beaches, best of which I thought was Percheles, which must be near Calnegre but doesn't appear on any of the maps I have. No facilities but massive car park, large main beach, 2 smaller sandy coves and 2 shingle coves with lots of rock pool areas. It's about 30km/30mins from Condado, Turn Right at the end of the 603 towards Aguillas and then left at a small roundabout signposted Puerto Percheles, about 5km down that road past loads of greenhouses/plastic, road slowly dwindles down to single track with car park at the end thru a height restriction gate. Have put some photos up.
Also went down to Aguillas and the various beaches between Aguillas and Calabardina, have to say Bolneuevo and Port Mazarron seem better................ although still haven't found one as nice as Calblanque just before you get to La Manga strip but that's a tad too far for regular visits.
Best website I've found so far is Viva Murcia, but even that misses out some that I've been on and has no descriptions / directions at all for some beaches www.viva-murcia.com/beaches_c4.php
And just found the list of Murcia Blue Flag beaches www.blueflag.org/Menu/Blue+Flag+beaches%2fmarinas/2008/Northern+Hemisphere/Spain/Murcia
And this one www.mazarron.es/ingles/galeria/galeria.asp
Anyone found anything better, either beach or website ?
