Hi Everyone

I posted a couple of photos taken on December 9th & 10th.

Just Put a deposit on a green building but having second thoughts due to the siting (it misses the sun). If we pull out i am sure we will choose another property on the resort as we were very impressed.

A couple of good shots, of the development.

Is the Golf course and  Aqua driving range taking shape,have you purchased in phase 1 of the development.

We have purchased a Tee apartment ground floor,hopefully this time next year we will be completing.

The golf course looks to be taking shape nicely. The Driving range looks almost ready to fill with water!!

We have initially put a deposit on a ground floor green building in phase two, however the orientation of the sun (which we were told set in front of the building) actually sets behind. It means the front of the building will not get the sun at anytime.

We have been given other options and because we are impressed with the resort, area and standard of build we are seriously considering them.

We think the development will be superb,as you say the standard of the build and the layout of the resort.What did you think of the new vacum system?.,

The views also of the mountain range in the back ground, we thought they looked stunning.    

We put our deposit down in oct 05,the area then was just an open field.We have visited the site a few times since then,we are going back at the end of Feb cannot wait.

Do you know if all the properies have sold in phase 1,are the sales going well in phase 2.

A bout 95% of the properties in phase one appear to have been sold. The properties that have been released in phase two are selling well particularly the apartments.

We make our final desicion in the next 48 hours.

That`s good to hear about the sales.

Did you speak to Michel at the sales office,there does seem to have been a change around in the staff there recently.Do you have any information on what type of retailers, will be in the commercial area.
