We have just come back from a visit to Almerimar, having bought our apartment in Porto fino in April. First time we have seen the develoment since then and it was a relief to see lots and lots of building activity on the site. Also that there has been a lot of progress in the last 6 months. I have uploaded some of the photos we took.

Could you tell me please how much did you pay for your property? I am interested to buy one myself and I wonder if the prices had gone up .

I purchased a 2 bed back in March and have been advised completion date is now March 2008 so I am going to sit back and wait as there is not a lot else to do at this stage.

Great to hear that this development seems to be on track.  I am going out to Amerimar at the end of sept on inspection trip with MRI, I will take loads fo photos, I think we will be going for a 1 bed.  Any tips from you guys who have already gone through the process, advice or tips would be gratefully received,

I was there during the first week of October 2006 and purchased a studio apartment. I am thinking of taking the after sales membership with MRI but not sure how useful it will be particularly with development completion being only by march. Any thoughts on this subject will be much appreciated.
