After reading some of the other threads relating to our development, I am slightly unclear on a number of items.
1 The coming AGM is on the 22nd Feb. Where and at wat time will it take place.
2. With regards to the subsidence to the structures. Are we as a community covered by insurances for this, and contractually where do we stand with regards to taking on the development from Jale in this condition
3. Do we as a community need lawers to ensure Jale have fulfilled there obligations contractually, at the forthcoming AGM.
4.Who within the community is responsible for accepting the development from Jale.
5. Will all the snagging be done prior to hand over from Jale. I know the last time I was in spain our apartment had developed a damp problem. If the development is handed over I would think our chances of getting all the work sorted would be minimal.
If anyone has any information on any of the items above, it would be greatly appreciated.
