Lighting on Jardin 4 (car parking area)

Just come back from Condado

Spoke to a member of staff at the complaints desk and said that the car parking lights at the back of Jardin 4 haven't been working since at least last October.

She looked puzzled, as if we were the only ones who had complained, then she said that Polaris were having a bit of trouble with the lights and that she will report this matter to them.

Hope this helps, but to be honest she didn't seem that surprised

Hi All

If this is an ongoing problem in this area and they are doing nothing about it, then I think, you can ask for an official complaints form, all business in Spain have to have these forms and they have to provide one to you if you ask for it. I can’t remember the name of the form but I am sure someone on the forum will. If I recall correctly when completed you have a copy, they have one and one goes to the local authorities.

Do you know if  the lights at the back of all the Jardines are now on. We were over last week at the lights at the back of Jardin 7 were off.

Yes all the street lights now appear to be working they came on the night before the general meeting - how convienient - now we are paying the bills?

Hi everyone on jardin 4,

I must admit we have not been over since Dec 5th and are surprised to hear about " General meetings " , should we have been informed of it? what did it entail?

I know this is off thread so I apologise any reply even private would be welcomed. We will be in spain again on March the 27th or 28th whichever is the Friday.
