Could anyone tell me what is happening regarding the electric bill problem, I have tried to find out from helder wether the meters have been checked as he thought they might be wired up wrong, but he has not replied to my e.mails, I rang taray and spoke to somone called Frank, who told me helder does not work there now its Frank my electric was turned of last August by the lady who looks after my apartment I paid 108euros in November, but what for, we cannot manage to get a key for the mailbox to check how much more they are charging us, but as we are not there we at a loss as to know what road to go down, any help would be appreciated.
