Correspondance between my solicitor and Jale explains that new documents have been requested from the town hall regarding the development, and Jale now dont expect to have the FOL's they require untill March. Can anybody else confirm this is the situation.

Hi, I have had an e-mail today from my solicitor that is also confirmed by a conversation with David Robinson, that the necessary licences will be granted in February(didn't specify when in Feb.!) and that we will be able to complete immediately after they have been granted.

David tells me that the build quality on the "gap" apartments looks good due to the sub-contractor Jale used to finish these off, and also that work has started to fill in the cracks and other faults in the communal areas.

David has a contract with Jale to do the snagging and once we have completed he will be able to start this process.

Could be in by Easter!
