Furniture package - Je Ne Sais Quoi - finally it's over!

Don't want to open the debate re shleping around the shops v package but wanted to give an update for those who have also bought with JNSQ.

We have had a few melt downs after the various (well meaning & appreciated) reports from people regarding the stability of JNSQ and their ability to deliver. Finally agreed to go ahead on the basis that we would pay the final 50% on completion.

Everything what was delivered was an excellent quality and we even swapped some of the pictures (which were the ones we'd originally ordered) when we decided we didn't like them as much as other options. The installation was over 3 days and the installers were very good.

Would we do it again? Based on the convenience factor and the quality of the stuff JNSQ delivered compared to some of the furniture we've seen probably yes.

Hope others who have committed to a package with JNSQ have a good experience as well.

Hi Marc,

They are based in Torrevieja and supply furniture packages. The melt down moments we refer to is that fact that Parador (who took us to them originally) appear to have been spreading 'rumours' that JNSQ are going into receivership and generally badmouthing them. That said there are others on this forum who have advised that they have not had the best experience - things missing fom their packages and some bits not delivered at all.

We think it's hard times all around at the moment with lots of compaines scrabbling to keep their heads above water and have been very grateful to peolpe for making us aware of potential problems but stand by the fact that we have had a good experience.

JNSQ say themselves that they have changed some of their suppliers & 'learnt a lot' over the past year so maybe we have benefited from that & other who are also committed to a package will as well.

Should get around to posting some pics later on today. Got some of the apartment & views of the golf course from the penthouses for anyone who's interested.
