Penthouse COH

Completed without COH last Thursday. Had a call from PW today to say council visiting our property in block 11 tomorrow to arrange COH. Think they're starting to move on these as per recent posts. Good news anyway.

We also had a call today.

I received an email from Barclays Bank to today  to inform me Polaris has contacted them to confirm COH would be issued by end of week and to prepare for completion. We haven't heard from Polaris. We are also in Block 11

We are in block 16 and have been informed by PW that our completion will be early March and that COH will be completed for our appartment by that time - I await that with interest !!

Received a call from PW stating that the COH will be granted today after Alhama Town council visit my property.  Any body now how quickly the Utilities take to switch over?

Hi Nick, builders supply usually connected within a couple of days, none of Los Naranjos is on the mains yet, give custumer services an email and say you are travelling out and need builders supply ASAP, it worked for us!

Actually Dan I may have mis-communicated.  I am on current Builders supply, but with COH being issued today I was alittle worried about a quick changover to permanent supply.  I have people using my apartment next week & fear PW may just cut the supply once the COH has been issued.  You know what the crazy sods are like!!

I am in contact with someone living in Los Naranjos and no one has been connected yet. as they are still connecting people up at the Jardines.

We are in block 14 and received our copy of the habitation certificate today.  Yippee!!
