Rebuild cost for 2 bed apartment

Hi everyone

I will be completing on a 1st floor 2 bed apartment in Los Naranjos shortly. Does anyone have any idea of a rebuild cost for this type of property for insurance purposes?  Anyone who's had a survey done for a mortgage might know.

If you use http://www.intasure.com/ they automatically give you 1 million cover, very competitive as well.

I've got a quote via HIFX who I use for currency transactions and that turns out to be through intasure anyway, so that's good.

Thanks for that.  We are due to complete next week and then I'm hoping to come out at the beginning of April to get my bearings etc. Getting pretty excited now!
