hi.
can anyone of our permanent residents find out about the cost comparison of having a card meter installed to replace the ones we have installed at present.
- at present the electric company are giving estimated bills which vary in size from bill to bill
- i presume the standing charge would be the same for both types of meter
- the benefits i see for the card system would be that you elimimate the estimated bill and buy your credit as you use your electricity.
- so your bill from the electric company would only be for the standing charge and you can budget how much credit you need to buy.this gives you more control over your bill.
- can this be available for water as well?.it is a smaller meter on the water.
would like to here your views on this idea.
also has the wealth tax been abolished??
