Keyholding

Hi

I would just like to inform anyone at El Rincon or the other apartments on the complex that I have found the most wonderful keyholders - husband and wife team who have been looking after apartments there for a while as have one themselves around there.  They definitely go the extra mile and clean outside shutters and everything - they also visit the apartment once a week and tell me if the elec/water have been turned off yet again.  I really don't know what Iberdrola are playing at - stupid bills for empty premises - they are on to a good wicket!

This lady will even go and purchase stuff for the apartment which I may decide I want obviously I send her the money.  She has got throws, cushions and bedding when needed and keeps in touch with me by email here in the Channel Islands at least 3 times a week.

                    Your next door neighbour here, we was out there last week and met Lynn, seems like a very nice person and trusting, her daughter is also joining their team soon.
