Property Management

Hello all,

We are currently in Arcos enjoying the Easter festivities. Work is proceeding with the build, although we have been told no work has been done on the pool for 3 weeks...

Our Spanish neighbour has told us that we should have all received a letter last weekend regarding Mercedes who oversees the maintenance, cleaning, etc for the development. From what I could understand (not much!), Mercedes has left (?). Does anyone have any information about this and how we go about  appointing someone else?

Hi Again

We have been to Romanber to ask about Mercedes etc. Judy (our rep in Arcos) aksed Romanber for an update. Mercedes is still here but has moved her office closer into town. Judy will phone her this evening for us to ask about the current situation re payments pool costs etc and also when we can expect meetings and updates in the future.

I don't know about others but we feel that there is a gulf of information from R'Ber mercedes etc. We will be asking Judy to rep us at future meetings and to regularly liaise with Mercedes/R'ber for us. Anyone else think this a good idea?

The pool will be finished (with surrounding areas planted) in may/June according to Romanber.

i think it is good idea to have Judy as a representative, to maintain and improve communication with Romanber, Mercedes and ourselves, which I'm sure everyone will agree!!

I spoke to Mercedes this morning and she told me she has been in the same office for two and a half years and will be sending out the minutes of the last meeting shortly.

What was the guy at R'ber on about telling us she had moved?

Was anybody at the last meeting? whne was it on? what was discussed ? When is the next one so we can be represented at it

Any ideas anyone?
