Update on Completion Timings and Latest Photos

We visited the site today and were shown around by the Technical Director of Romanber, who is based in the on-site office. He clarified that they are now working to April 09 as the date that all the building work will be finished, and the licence of habitation will be applied for. This could then take a month or two to be granted, so he expects it will be Summer 2009 before any of us hear from them regarding completion. In the main Romanber office in central Arcos they confirmed these timings.

The building work is definitely coming on nicely and the apartments we looked in seemed to be (at first glance) to a good standard.

Good News!

Have they said if all the blocks will be built , even if they have not been sold.  Also did they mention the swimming pool will that be ready as well.

They were very specific about that fact that all the building (i.e. all 10 of the remaining Phase 2 blocks) including the pool would be ready - although the pool witll be the last thing they do. The different blocks are at differing stages of completion - we went into block 2 which is almost complete inside.

They also said they still have plans to carry on with an additional phase of 40-odd dwellings (I presume this is Phase 3 on the Romanber website).
