WE ARE STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK FROM ROMANBER REGARDING OUR ISSUES WITH THEIR PRE-SALE INFORMATION. WE WONDERED IF ANYBODY ELSE HAD HEARD FROM THEM YET?.
WE HOLD ADVERTISING MATERIAL FROM THEIR SOLE AGENTS AT THE TIME WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR TOWNHOUSE IN WHICH IT CLEARLY SAID THAT WE WOULD HAVE A LAKE-VIEW AND COMMUNITY GARDENS AND COMMUNITY POOL.
ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, WE DO NOT HAVE A LAKE-VIEW AND WE WANT THEM TO OFFER US SOMETHING IN LIEU OF THAT, SINCE WE PAID A PREMIUM PRICE FOR THE VIEW.
ON A COLLECTIVE BASIS, WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO ABOUT PROVIDING SOME COMMUNITY FACILITIES AS DESCRIBED IN THEIR SALES INFORMATION WHICH WE STILL HOLD.
OUR KITCHEN IS NOW INSTALLED COURTESY OF MO & RUTGER WHO HAVE DONE A BRILLIANT JOB. WE LOST ALL OUR AIR-CON MONIES DUE TO SUNSET ESTATES LOSING OUR MONEY, AND HAVE ALSO HAD TO PAY TWICE FOR THE KITCHEN FITTING. SO WE HAVE LOST ABOUT 4000 EUROS ALTOGETHER.( 1500 ON AIRCONS, 2500 ON KITCHEN) AT LEAST THE ACTUAL KITCHEN TURNED UP THOUGH IN THE END
WE WANT ROMANBER TO HELP MAKE UP THESE LOSSES AS THEY APPOINTED SUNSET AS AGENTS IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WE NEVER HAD THE OPTION OF BUYING THROUGH ANYBODY ELSE.
