Personnally ,we have found this year our best yet for renting out our apartment,we took alot bookings in the month of Jan for the year ahead , we have even managed to have some guests from finland book, we promote our property largely ourselves & pay to advertise on 2 websites.
We are also getting repeat visitors,who are also recommending our apt to their friends & family,which is all good news for the resort.
We have been that successful that we won't using the apt this summer ,ooops.
