Our family have just returned form a 10 day holiday in our apartment in condesa and overall it was a very pleasurable time despite the fact that there is still obviously some unfinished business in relation to the complex most notably the pool and the elevators. The apartment itself was fully completed with all snagging lists actioned .
Still not very many people were staying there over easter but in some ways this was an advantage for the workmen where in our apartment to fix a few issues literally within 5 mins of the request. We found them all very helpful and supportive.
The developer is keeping the gardens very well and security present 24hrs per day with a limited workforce to fix any issues residents may have. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and realise for the final elements to be complete the developer really does need funding from the other potential owners. This I realise in the current climate may be easier said than done however I thought people may welcome some positive news for a change on this much maligned development.
