money refund from Medgroup

Hi everyone!

WE have  came back from Spain few days ago. We have visited Playa Macenas development one more time. As our property at Los Altos has been stopped constructed and nothing changed, we are thinking to ask to have money back. Does anyone do that and succesfully have money back? Do you have bank gurantee? We never was given it. At a momnet it seems not what we expected from that resort - golf is not at good condition, sport grounds and other facilities not even started, 5 star hotel (promissed to be two hotels 2 years ago) also stopped. Hello Be!  Thank you so much for reply and optimistic vision on this project. We have been offered a duplex at Los Patios with completion now. Still thinking. About golf I mean that for example grass not so green as at Valle De Este or Dessert Springs. If you can tell - for how much you have been offered apartment or it is duplex? Olya

About the golf, they told me that they choose a grass special for very dry climate that doesn't need too much water , this grass in the winter months has a non too green look  (it looks more yellowish) but in spring and summer it gets totally green. 

For the change of unit,  Medgroup told me that the PATIO apartment was much more expensive than our  ALTOS . I believed it's true cause I saw back then some PATIOS prizes and I compared. They should offer you a better unit for same prize cause everywhere there is discounts. I can send you the list of prizes I had back then in case you want to have an idea, let me know.

With this crisis...which are the real prices? I just think with a long term mentality otherwise?

I am a bit worried after reading post on another site about the development being illegal  - Anyone aware of these issues

You know how forums are sometimes people talk and talk without a real knowledge.

It's true that some ecologist group placed demands towards the hotel (only the hotel ) cause they said it's constructed on the middle of a "rambla" (where the rain water from the mountain suppose to run thru,) also because it was too close to the beach, for this  Medgroup at the time moved the hotel some meters back so they are now at the right distance... All the demands have been   rejected, dismissed, the last one had a resolution  (also rejected) 2 Mars, last month by judge Tomas Cobo.

I'm spanish and i have been follow this matters thru google, i certainly would not buy something "not legal" i did my research.
