we are due in Sucina at the end of May to complete.

Has anyone else done so? What is the general feel of quality etc?

Also - I am funding this myself and am getting hammered with banker's draft fees from Santander - threatening to charge me from 0.5 to 1.00 %

Anyone know of a better way?

Has your solicitor advised that the builder has the completion certificate from the town hall yet?  I have not had notification of this.  Until the builder has the certificate surely nobody should be completing.  Does anyone know if the builder/Golf Invest are in secure financial position likely to complete the whole complex?

Yes - we have been notified that our solicitor has the certificate.

Not aware of any finacial problems with Golf Invest

Anyone have any trouble obtaining their NIE numbers. My solicitor applied for ours ages ago, and then said she has to apply to a different office from original, which was Cartegena.
