Anyone refusing to sign due to the electricty situation?

I was told recently that some people are legally not signing due to the electric situatiom. If anyone knows anymore about this could they please send me a priavte message?

Hi Hal,

Just come back from holiday and seen your post.  NO,  there is nothing seriously wrong with Balcones at all!!  We've lived here permanently since August 2008 and can honestly say that we love it!! Like any other new development it's had one or two teething problems - but not many - and Rudina, the developers, have helped as much as they could to solve any problems quickly.

Our electricity works fine - and , although it seems we've had to pay  excessive amounts to Sevillana for connection, and upgrade to more Kw, it won't mean we USE more electricity over a month, but it will mean we don't get the fuses tripping all the time - especially in winter!!

All we can tell you is that there are some very friendly people who have completed here, and the views are spectacular - winter or summer - it's a lovely place to live - or holiday.

Thanks for the info about the electric. A very dodgey  solicitor had his own version of events i think. I am really glad to know that all is well there, just goes to show, go direct and you get the truth!! Thanks
