Interesting post, but in the case of Ocean Greenery, the property has been completed.

We were then offered to complete the purchase at the original contract price.

The fact that it has taken so long is an argument to support a refund. It's certainly missleading info from the Administrators, as I was told it would be finished in 6 months and that was 2009.

When I was there in April 2013, it was still a building site. I'm going again in Sept and will post on what I see.

It is the Court and Administrators letter that states that if we want to make an offer at a lower price, we have to first withdraw from the original contract, that makes me annoyed. But we need the original Spanish version of that letter and not the very bad translation.  But no one seems to have a copy of this original

Isaac got me out of the contract and as far as I am aware he has the letter.

IT IS REALLY ANNOYING!!!

We haven't heard when the case is being heard or whether we will be called to appear.

I AM STILL HOPEFUL!!!

Hola Everyone,
Just on my last day of my Easter holiday in Spain.

No change to Ocean Greenery - still has builder's fences across the entrance.

There is so much cheap property in Castalla at the moment, that it would be stupid to complete at our contracted 2005 price.

Do let us all know if you've heard anything from the Bank/Court/Administrators.

I received this info from Isaac in Spanish and Google translated it and that is the answer I came up with.
