Hi im buying at royal dream Albudeite as any one got any news of the works that have been going in?

We were going to buy on Royal Dream 18 months ago but decided on Calasparra instead.

We pass Royal Dreams on a regular basis.

I'm afread to say when we passed about a month ago there was No activity and No building plant on site.

as far as i know there is no licience to build on this land yet and it is doubtful whether one will ever be received.

we paid our deposit 2 years ago with the promise of build completion september 2010, which will not happen.

we have also come to the realistic world and realise our 46k euros have been spent by these crooks and we will never ever see our dream home being built.

sorry to be so down but we are sooooooo hacked off with the whole lot of it.
