are you planning to live in Jumilla or will you be using it as a holiday home?

it is nice to speak to people who we will eventually be neighbours with! Sadly I cannot play golf but perhaps I will have some lessons in the future - any offers?

You may be a natural at it  (Golf that is) we intend to live permanently there are more and more people who have bought on the sites since work started that is nice to see and know we won't be alone

I checked my plot number and it's 293 and 263 so were not as close as we thought swimmer never mind, were all neighbours really just not next door!!!  I think to begin with we will just be using it as a holiday home, then in a couple of years be looking to move down, my mother in law has just bought one as well, she will be there a lot, so she can do a bit of neighbourhood watch.
