Well we're coming to the end of the rental season now, hope you've been lucky with rentals.
We have had a good start, we only completed in April so advertising was quite late however we've been pleasantly surprised at the amount of enquiries and bookings we've received.
We've had very positive feedback from most of our guests, some saying that they would love to come back to Almerimar and stay in the Portofino Complex again.
All the rentals have ran very smoothly. We've had a number of problems with leaks under the sink and further work required in the kitchen area etc...
All these problems were overseen by our property management company Design by Jarvis and I have to say that without the help from Wayne and Charmaine I dont know what we would have done.
They have provided us with an excellent professional service throughout the year and have immediately sorted out any problems in the apartment, whilst liasing with our guests.
They have also arranged airport pick-ups for our guests that needed them, greeting them with the keys.
So would like to say a big THANK YOU to Wayne and Charmaine for making our first years rentals a great success.
