two apartments on phase 1 required July 2010

I've received an enquiry from 3 families wanting to stay on phase 1 as close together as possible in July next year. Dates are yet to be confirmed as accomodation is the first thing they want to secure.

We have a ground floor apartment in block 15. Does anybody have accomodation close by that would be available? If so can you give me an idea of location and price so that I can pass on to guests.

we have a 2 bed penthouse on phase 2 but its right next to phase 1  - so if you are struggling then you can let me know.

I think we now have enough to give the guests a good choice so I will send out this weekend.

On a separate note, whats with the amount of  google adword postings now appearing on these threads?
