Can anyone let me know what the going price is for a phase 3 ground floor 2 bed 2 bath corner apartment (unfurnished)?

Has anyone purchased recently or resold?

Also what is the going rate for long term rental. Is it best to have a furnished or unfurnished?

Hi,

I would say that due to extremely slow sales there is no such thing as a going rate. Groundfloor apartements in fase 1 and 2 are available from 168.000 Euro, if that is of any help.

As for long term rentals, which we do quite a few and we are still short of places, a 2 bed furnished apartment with aircon goes typically at 500 Euro + bills / month.
