Hi All

Can somebody give me information on community charge on Roda (apartments and town houses).  Just looking at  a town house on phase 1 at 150,000 euro will i get one any cheaper. Thanks in advance

If you are seriously able to buy a townhouse at the bargain price of 150Keuro why would you worry about how much the community fees are? You are saving an absolute fortune and cannot lose.

Buy it immedately I say and email the administrator for community fees information on info@housingcomunidades.com as they will have the actual figures you could expect to pay.
