 hi had my case heard in may , still waiting for outcome . has anyone else got their money back yet .

Likewise, I have been waiting longer than you have and it's taking too long especially as others seem to have had their money returned. I will chase my solicitor up next week, because I feel they will use the excuse of the Spanish holiday month for August which will delay proceedings.

If I hear any news on timescales I will post a response.

Have you had any luck recieving your deposit back and if so did it include legals and interest?

Still no deposit back. I have been chasing my solicitor up for weeks. I doubt i will now get a response now until September due to holidays. But I am due to visit Spain in September so hopefully I will have some news to report. I will keep you informed.
