If You are Renting Be Aware

It seems like there is another company called Lets in The Sun approaching MRI clients and Corvera buyers offering a rental package, that does not include key holding or cleaning, making all sorts of claims on how they will rent your property for an upfront fee

Their approach seems very similiar to Ready Rental Properties, very agressive telesales approach, they are claiming to have signed up large numbers of Corvera buyers which I know isn´t true

My advice remains that the best way to promote your property is through the established rental sites, who spend millions driving traffic to their sites including Holiday Rentals, Holiday Lettings, Daltons Holidays and Villa Renters. Also the free sites like Numbra and IHA

Remember it is suggested that the MRI database of clients has been made available by ex-employees to various organisations and the demise of organisations like Ready Rental Properties, well documented on this forum, form which you can see what happens if you spend with new organisations

The big compnanys don´t need telesales operations

Thanks for the warning Roy.  These crooks will essentially promise you rentals, ask for a fee upfront and a furnishing fee.  After a while they will disappear, close their business and you will be left in the mire whilst they will be untraceable / untouchable.  Their companies will be set up with limited liabilities and accountable to no-one.

Why is it that these charlatans are feeding on such easy pickings?

hi if you decide to use a letting agency or rental company just check that they are legally registered within the Spanish system many are not
