I was out last week (N788) and there wasn't any evidence of water meter activity. I had a chat with Customer Services to get a feel for electric meter hook up and was told 'it should be soon' and that water meters would follow.
By the way, we were delighted with the way things are shaping up:
o Lots of security, particularly on the main gate. Make sure you have your passport or some form of photo ID if you're returning after midnight
o Pool was regularly cleaned
o Garden looked immaculate with around 4-6 gardeners per day maintaining the area
o Golf course looks great. I cycled every day around the cart paths and there is a lot of attention to detail. Certainly has the Jack
Nicklaus touch
o Mailbox keys are ready for collection from Customers Services. Should contain a letter from Iberdrola re meter charges
