Hi Marian and Paul, my wife Jacqui and I completed over the summer time - apt 3E. We used the local guy who installed the air conditioning system throughout the building. You can get his details from Paco or Louise in the office. He did a good clean job and offered us a selection of different appliances. I checked around on price first of all and to be honest could not find a huge difference. It might be worth contacting June, as I remember her telling me she got a good deal from someone different. Depending on what you require prices can vary. It is also up to yourself if you want one,two or three units fitted. We opted for one large unit in our three bed apartment and it was suffice during the summer heat - 40 degrees plus.
Over all the build quality and finish have been very good in our case. No complaints.
Any queries/problems we had both Paco and Louise were more than happy to fix.
