Hi...I'm sure your all aware that Don Cortes has joined the forum from December 2007.......presumably to find out how we plan to address the problems we all have....if anyone wants to contact me also do it privatelyub please....as Web 2.0 technology is also making the 'signed in' part of eos a joke....our forum messages are made public via google!!!! Also people are compromising email accounts...by clicking the forgotten password and answering (somehow) the security questions. Just to make you aware of it!!

A message for Don Cortes.....I will be claiming my depost back, with interest and legal costs added  ..... and due to the way I have been treated will no doubt be going to press to compaign for fair dealing......customers relate to RESPECT...definitely not the way you do business.  ( My primary court case was won in Feb 2007 and the developers appeal was won in July 2009) I believe justice should prevail...and in Karma.

I just copied an obscure piece of text, from one of my EOS private messages,  into   Google search and nothing came up that was remotely connected to my message. Have you informed Justin? You could put a post on the 'Forum Help' thread and make him aware. I know EOS has had problems in the past but thought they were now resolved.

What about there being only 25 units sold? It is very worrying for both those who completed and those with outstanding claims.

If the developer/s had not told so many lies about number of sales,kitchen quality and completion dates etc., the development would possibly have succeeded. What a terrible mess it has become for everyone.
