We recently put our property on the market with an agent and agreed a sale.
However, our circumstances have changed somewhat and we no longer want to sell.
Does anyone know if, under Spanish law, we are legally bound now? Do we have to sell or can we pull out? What are the implications of pulling out now?
The sale was agreed verbally and nothing was signed so surely I have the right to change my mind? I really want to sell but, for personal reasons, I simply can't at the moment.
Anyone who has been in a similar situation or has any knowledge on this..?
