First Utility Charges.

Could anyone help me make sense of our first utility bills ?

Just looking at our Spanish account and trying to get to grips with gas and water charges. Not had the apt long enough to work out a regular pattern of direct debits. Firstly Aguas de Murcia - do they charge annually ? quarterly  ?  Secondly - Natural gas  how frequently do they charge ?

Alan, basicaly they are every 2 months but the dates vary slightly. Also some (ie gas natural) include the initial set up costs spread over the first three payments so they seem very high at first but settle down later in the year.
