E mail Tony Blair

Hi All

Last night I e mailed Tony Blair regarding our plight as I am so sick of no one listening to us. It probably won't get us anywhere but I need to keep trying for my sanity. The e mail address is as follows if anyone else would like to follow suit - info@tonyblairoffice.org

If we all bombard him with e mails maybe it will force him to recognise our nightmare, then again maybe not, but what have we got to lose?

I have been racking my brains as to what else we can do and I am going to also e mail the UK independant party since none of the others will listen. They are very anti EU so they may have some advice for us. Also, someone I work with has suggested using a private investigator, which I thought was a fantastic idea, as I really believe that Huma have got money hidden away, . Problem is the cost, but if it cost for example £5000 for a months work to look into Huma finances, if only 100 of us put into it it would only cost us £50 each. Food for thought anyway. I just can't understand how they can still be trading if they have genuinely got no money.

Just another idea anyway, if anyone thinks the same let me know and I will look into it further.

That sounds good to me. Like you say if we can get  more people on board ,it keeps the cost down I'm up for it.

Fantastic, two down only 98 more to go. Anyone who is willing to go down the route of hiring a private investigator, please send me a PM and if we can get enough people interested, I will look into the costs of it.

Does anyone know roughly what the costs are? Is my estimate of £5000 for a months investigation realistic? I have already checked out some in the internet and they vary quite a lot, so I would have to speak to someone to get a definite figure. I may be way out but I want to do everything I can, I will fight to the end, nearly said fight to the death, but that may yet happen the way things are going. One thing for sure, I won't give up.

I have just e mailed my Independent party MP so lets see if he responds, since no one else has.

Thanks for that, I think a hit man is a much better idea as well, but unfortunately its illegal, which is a hell of a pity.

I just hope that we get enough people willing to put towards a PI, as I still believe Huma has money hidden away somewhere. I found one on the web who specialise in companies who hide money, both in the UK and abroad. For the little it would cost us (provided we get enough people) it is not much to risk. I just want to keep doing something because if I stop it means I have given up.

Another idea I had was to protest outside the TV studios and make someone listen. I haven't had a reply from either Tony Blair or the UK Independant Party yet, no surprise there I suppose. It feels like a conspiricy since no one will listen. I e mailed Dom Littleton and the One Show a few weeks ago as well and no reply from them either. Why won't anyone take up our fight with us???

Thats a good question, no one does listen although they say it is a major problem. Anyway, I'm with you, I wont be giving up, one way or another Huma will pay........

Assuming the market picks up in Spain and Huma, in some guise or another, begin building again, it would be a good idea to picket their new developments until they settl;e with us!! I'm sure we could put off many potential buyers??

Hi Thug iand all i'm ok thanks still fighting . Im waiting  patiently cause i went and saw a medium (dont laugh) she said i would have money paid into my account in November that  I am owed ,and have been fighting for for along time .So lets see what happens. LOL .. We have heard from Miquel today , he says he is in touch with the courts and they want to no how much interest we are owed to date .Don't no what this means but it'sbetter than hearing nothing at all.I haven't heard from our mate Tony either,but we can't give up hope, lets all stick together and fight this.

I had not had a reply to my e mail to Mr Clark at UKIP that I sent on 3rd Nov, so I sent a copy of it to their head, Nigel Farage today to tell him that I was still waiting for a response. I had a very good reply within 2 hours from a UKIP MP with details of one of their members who is fighting the Spanish government for all Brits who have been ripped off in Spain. I am happy to send a copy of this reply to anyone who sends me a PM and is willing to send her their details to include in the fight. I know we have all been here before but the e mail does sound promising and at least they had the decency to reply and so quickly too, so again what have we got to lose by trying?

I am still looking into hiring a private investigator, but so far only 4 people are interested (and that includes us) so it is not looking very feasible at the moment. I know we don't want to risk a large amount of money again, but £50 would be worth it if we get enough people.

Thug, a good idea to picket any new developments and thanks for your support for a PI. I will keep trying, only 96 more to go!!!!

P.S. I have also written to Gordon Brown today!!!!

I wrote to Nigel Farage some months ago and got a prompt reply also, happy to write again though if you provide me details.

I think its important to keep the pressure up as I'm sure Huma are hoping that everyone will give up, which a lot have, but sooner or later they will realise that they have to pay the persistant ones!!!

Hi Thug, we've not had anything yet but we are not expecting him to bother. UKIP however have been brilliant and have responded and have also advised we write to Marta who is currently in a battle with the Spanish government on behalf of all Brits involved in property there. We also wrote to Michael Cashman and had a good response from him too. I know where our vote will be going next year!!!!!

We asked our solicitor a week ago for an actuation of all that has been done so far on our case, but  NOT heard a bloody thing from her. That is worrying as it makes us wonder what has been done and why she is taking so long to reply.

I e mailed a private investigator as well last week for advice and rough costs to investigate Huma for us, but not heard from them either. It feels more like a conspiricy every day.

Will keep you all posted.
