Just returned from spain, with cheque from bank regarding bank quarantee from Banco Popular, took approx 6 weeks from asking for money back to getting cheque, and i did not use a lawyer. If i can be of any help if you have guarantee with Banco Popular in Mazarron please email.  Mickg.
