Hello out there....we are about to finally complete on our apartment in block 9 next week and would like to know if there are any other owners who have already completed on their property who can recommend and put us in touch with any companies who do a 'professional clean' after the builders clean. Also has any owner had their own Satellite TV system installed and again can you recommend a good company for us to contact and how much approximately did you pay for any of the above if you have had a 'professional clean' and Sat Tv installed.
