IBI receipt? - Cadastral value

Can anyone provide advice on where I can find the Cadastral value of my property so I can complete the Tax form?

I keep reading it is located on the IBI receipt but we don't appear to have received one of these!

Hi Karen apparently the ibi bills (council tax ) are just being sent out. The cadastral value will be on there. When you first buy a property it can hake up to 3 years before you get the first ibi bill.Regards Pat.

Thank you very much for your reply Pat, we were beginning to think we had gone mad not being able to find it!

Are you aware of how we pay the non-residents tax without this, or do we have to wait for it to be sent out?

We are panicking slightly that we could be fined?!
