PRESIDENT OF CONDADO DE ALHAMA

We have an apartment in block 16 and was wondering who was our President and also who is the President for the overall community.   We have been told that the 'top' President carries alot of clout!, we would like to know who she/he is and if they live permanently in Condado.

Aslo we would like,  if possible,  to attend the annual general meetings. 

Would appreciate any information.

Currently block 16 does not have a president as no one stood for the position at the last elections.

The current level 1 president is Maria Inés Molina Corbalán, the Polaris World representative.  This year the annual meeting will be held on a garden by garden basis and the dates will be arranged by the garden president.  Not sure what will happen in the case of the penthouses where there are no existing presidents?
