Hi

Can anyone on phase 1 who took over the builder mortgage  when completing  please help me  with what savings and advantages there where on taking over the builders mortgage have been contacted by Banco Valencia regarding this loan which seems like a standard letter  outlining intrest rate, repayment terms ect  but  with no real savings mentioned  I just want to know what  the real advantages are

You save quite a bit on the charges and it is less hastle.  We saved around 3,000 Euros and have found Banjaca to be very good.  No complaints at all.
