Marta Andeasen wants to hear stories from owners having property issues!

Hi,

Marta Andreasen is  a remarkable lady, she is trying to make a case to help people who have been conned /tricked in some way while buying a property in Spain, and  left paying out for the debts the builder left, and for the unfinished work etc.

Then finding that the local councils do not want to help, iether despite being given money from the builders, to do just that , in case  the builder did not complete etc.

Also like some of us at the Vegamar2,,,   the money which the builder left at the notory, to guarrantee that if he didn't finish the work,  that his money would be used to complete the build and gain the certificates etc. In our case that money was refunded to the builder, as he managed some how, to convince them that the property was complete with all its certificates,   when even a blind man would be able to  tell that  the build was NOT complete.!!

Hi, I would just like to back up the plight of 17 owners at Vegamar 2, Rafal. In Oct 2007 the first Owner completed the purchase of their apartment & by February 2008 the other 16 had completed, In March we were told the builder had ceased trading & left huge debts on our build,  each of the professional people we used ie: Estate Agent, Lawyer & then the Notary, have allowed the builder to continue his scam by conning each and every one of the purchasers.  With 44 apartments in the block the Builder rented out a few of the remaining, Now the Bank have claimed 15 of these unsold apartments but have so may apartment on sale that we feel we are sinking. The 17 Legal owners now have huge bills to pay for the completion of the work to make life in our lovely apartments bareable, Large community fees to keep the utility services going, An unfinished road often like a muddy river, swimming pool with  problems & blocked drains in the unsold properties which are causing many orther problems. 

Marta Andreason is a UKIP MEP,  is fighting for all  Purchasers of Property in Spain who are suffering from the the mal-administration of these crooked so called professionals who charge high fees, and do not deliver the service we have paid for.

Please look up Marta Andreason on Google,  a wealth of information is found and recording of the wonderful speach during a meeting with The Spanish PM.  Sending Marta Andreason your story  will provide her will more information to be able to fight even Harder.   Marta Andreason is a very Clever Brave Lady & will always write back to you, also do all she can to bring justice for those of us who have suffered.  Marta & her team can't walk on water but I feel they could be our only Hope.

I have just had an email from Marta Andreasen requesting people to ask their MEP's to back a resolution in the European parliament, to force the Spanish to sort out their problems by changing the law and denying them funds till they comply and sort out their building scandels,  LETs hope enough MEP's back her.  If you read this please  Email  your MEP's, wherever you come from,  as the Spanish are also affected by this,  and ask them to back this resolution.  We need actions not pretty appologies and sympathies!!!   actions speak louder than words !!!  MEP's need to act  now and not just get secretaries to send  sympathetic letters to us.
