If you want the personal touch and a company that has your interests at heart then we have found Maggie and Dennis at Roda FM (rodafm@aol.com) to be well worth the money. We feel our apartment is in safe hands and with Maggie and Dennis being based on Roda its an added bonus.
Regarding bookings, we have been with 3 different management companys non of which (in our experience) get you very many bookings, unfortunately its the long hard slog of advertising yourself on as many websites as possible that brings in any bookings. Back in 2007 we thought we would sit back and pay someone to do this but it simply does not happen, although I think Roda FM have been getting some long term lets coming through lately.
